What to Expect with Your Order

Super Speciosa offers discounted expedited shipping through USPS. Please review the following details before placing your order:

Same-Day Shipping:

• Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship the next business day.
• Saturday orders (before 1 PM EST) ship the same day.
• No shipments on Sundays or postal holidays.

Delivery Timeframes:

• USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 3–5 shipping days.
• USPS Priority Mail Express: Guaranteed 1–2 Shipping Days.

Refund Policy:

• Delivery dates are not guaranteed (except for USPS Priority Mail Express).
• Shipping costs are refundable only if 10+ shipping days have passed without delivery.
• Please double-check your shipping address. Changes can be made if requested before 2 PM EST on the day your order is scheduled to ship.

Additional Notes:

• All packages are shipped discreetly for your privacy.
• During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may extend beyond the expected window.

What is a Shipping Day?

The first shipping day of your package begins the day after your order is shipped. Examples:

• If you place your order at 10 AM ET on Monday morning, it would ship out Monday, and Tuesday would be considered the first shipping day.
• If you place your order at 9 PM ET on that Monday, it would ship out on Tuesday, and Wednesday would be considered the first shipping day.
